Approved EC NOTES of the Committee Meeting
held on 19th July 2007

1. Reports : The Treasurer's account covered May and June. Reminders had resulted in 40 membership renewals in May and 54 in June. There had been 49 new members but subscriptions were still down by a considerable amount. Attendance at the Research Centre had been low. It is felt that this is as a result of the internet.

2. Website : It is hoped to up-date the Society's website in September.

3. Search & Print : Postal S&P leaflet is little used. It will be replaced by a facility on the website.

4. Paypal : The Society is looking into the possibility of using Paypal for sales and subscriptions on the internet.
